Your project journey begins here. We connect with you to understand your project goals, aspirations, and the unique challenges of your space. Ideally, this involves an on-site consultation where we delve into your design vision, exploring style preferences, practical needs, budget, and timeline in detail. Following our initial discussion, and if we're both excited to move forward together, an initial design scope of works engagement fee is required to officially kickstart your design journey with us.

In this stage, we delve deeper into the specifics of your project.To get started, we'll need your existing site plans and will schedule on-site meetings for detailed measurements as we collaboratively refine the project brief. Design Projects will then develop initial floor plan options and present inspiration mood boards, giving you a clearer visual of the intended design direction. Once you're happy with the overall design direction, we'll provide detailed 2D floor plans for your review and approval. We'll also offer suggestions and tangible material samples for colour schemes and wall finishes, ensuring you can make confident choices. With your approval of design concept, we'll progress to the pre-planning stage. A secondary fee will apply to continue benefiting from our interior design expertise.

This is where we dive into the details, expertly sourcing all the necessary design components to bring your vision to life. This includes everything from plumbing and lighting fixtures to appliances, cabinetry materials and finishes, and tiles and surfaces – to name a few key elements. We understand that navigating the vast array of options can quickly become overwhelming. We'll expertly guide you through the choices, ensuring they align with the design vision, are functional and fit for purpose, and are well-aligned with your budgetary parameters. This guided process ensures the best possible elements for your project are selected, on our way to creating a cohesive and stunning result.

By this final design stage, your project vision will be well-defined. We provide you with a comprehensive set of documents containing all the necessary information for successful communication of the design and its elements. This includes a 2D floor plan, wall elevations, clear 3D images, and a complete list of all specified materials, fixtures, and fittings. This documentation serves as a clear roadmap for the implementation phase, minimizing the risk of misinterpretations and ensuring the project is built according to the approved design concept. Armed with this detailed design documentation, you can confidently seek quotes from the builder or installer of your choice, or explore quotes from our reliable industry contacts.
